The needs and preferences of minority ethic groups, social/ cultural or religious groups are catered for and will be met in full.
Staff individually and collectively have the skills and experience to deliver care to each client and whenever possible are able to communicate effectively with the service user using the individual's preferred method of communication. If we are initially unable to accommodate this we will work with the service user and their representative to find support to meet this.
Staff are aware of the company procedures in place that enable prompt reporting of changes to care needs, or circumstances for service users or their carers
